 Ingredients

For the Steak & Peppers:

1 lb sirloin steak (or flank steak), sliced into thin strips

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cornstarch (for crispier steak)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

½ onion, sliced

For the Sauce:

¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

 Instructions

 Prepare the Steak

In a bowl, toss steak strips with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Let it marinate for 5 minutes while preheating the air fryer.

Air Fry the Steak

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange the steak strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and slightly crispy.

Remove the steak and set aside.

 Air Fry the Peppers & Onion

In a bowl, toss bell peppers and onion with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.

 Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
