Ingredients

1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)

4 tablespoons melted butter (half a stick)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

Assemble the Cheese Bombs:

Open the container of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.

Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Season the Cheese Bombs:

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

Brush each cheese-stuffed biscuit ball with the garlic butter mixture.

Air Fry the Cheese Bombs:

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the cheese bombs in the basket, seam side down, making sure they are not touching.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Depending on your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.
