Air fryer pork bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds pork chops
  • Tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

    Instructions

    1. Pat pork chops dry then cut into bite sized pieces.
    2. Transfer to a clean bowl, add oil, and seasoning blend. Toss to coat, ensuring all the pork chunks are coated evenly.
    3. Place seasoned pork chop bites in air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 10 to 12 mins flipping half way through.
    4. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F / 63°C) and add more time if needed.
    5. Let it rest for 3 mins before serving. (Kindly refer to blog post for serving suggestions)

    Notes

    1. No need to preheat the air fryer, if you do preheat, cook these for 6 to 8 mins.
    2. Cut the pork chops into equal sizes about 1 to 1 ½ inches
    3. Do not overcrowd the basket, cook in batches if needed.
