- 1 pound russet potatoes about 2
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- For serving: flakey salt fresh parsley
Scrub the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half length wise, and then cut into quarters. Cut each piece into wedges, about ½” thick.
Drain and dry well.
Place in a clean bowl and drizzle with the oil. Add the cornstarch, rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 350.°F. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Increase the heat to 400°F. Toss and cook for another 15 minutes, continuing to stir occasionally.
Sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
