    • 3 russet potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

      • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F.
      • Slice the potatoes into wedges.
      • Combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, onion powder and paprika in a medium bowl and toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
      • Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the potatoes in batches.
      • Cook 10 minutes or until golden brown.
      • Toss with parmesan, and parsley if desired.
