Air Fryer Quiche without a crust

Components:

  1. Four big eggs
  2. Half a cup of milk (almond milk, skim milk, or whole milk are all acceptable options)
  3. One cup of finely chopped veggies, such as onions, mushrooms, spinach, and bell peppers
  4. One cup of shredded cheese (you can use mozzarella, cheddar, or another type)
  5. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  6. Oil or cooking spray can be used to grease the air fryer basket.

Directions:

  • Set your air fryer’s temperature to 175°C (350°F). Compared to an oven, the preheating time with an air fryer may be less.
  • Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
  • To keep it from sticking, lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a tiny bit of oil.
  • The bottom of the oiled air fryer basket should contain the chopped vegetables.
  • Cover the vegetables with the egg mixture.
  • Evenly distribute the crumbled cheese on top.
  • Place the basket in the air fryer that has been preheated with care. For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is just beginning to turn golden, cook it at 350°F (175°C).
  • Keep an eye on your air fryer because cooking times can vary depending on the brand. If necessary, you can always add more time.
  • Using oven mitts, carefully remove the basket from the air fryer after the quiche is done because it will be hot.
  • After a few minutes of cooling, cut the quiche into wedges and serve.
