Air Fryer Ravioli Lasagna
Intro
Ravioli lasagna is the ultimate shortcut to lasagna bliss. Instead of fussing with boiling noodles and layering ricotta, you use cheese-filled ravioli as both the pasta and cheese layer — meaning less prep, but still all the comfort. In the air fryer, it bakes up bubbly and golden in a fraction of the time, with tender ravioli nestled in a rich tomato sauce and covered in gooey, melted cheese. It’s perfect for weeknights, date nights, or when you want a “wow” dinner without the hours of work.

Total Time: ~35 minutes
Ingredients (Serves 4–5)
1 (20–25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw)
2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Air Fryer & Dish (3 minutes)
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
Layer the Ravioli Lasagna (5 minutes)
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the dish.
Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Add a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers (sauce → ravioli → seasoning → cheese) until ingredients are used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
Air Fry to Cheesy Perfection (22–25 minutes)
Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 18–20 minutes, covered loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.
Remove foil and air fry for another 4–5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Rest and Serve (5 minutes)
Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving so it sets slightly.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
Serving Suggestions
Pair with garlic bread or cheesy breadsticks.
Add a fresh side salad with balsamic dressing to balance the richness.
