Description
Air Fryer Roasted Baked Potatoes With Sour Cream and Chives –I’m not a huge fan of baked potatoes, but I love them when roasted in the air fryer. These baked potatoes come out crispy and tender inside and are lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes, rinsed
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2-3 teaspoons chives, diced
Instructions
- Wash your potatoes, and then dry them off.
- Rub olive oil over the potatoes.
- Set the potatoes into the air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. (air fryer setting)
- Remove when fork-tender.
- Cut the potatoes open, add a tablespoon of sour cream, and sprinkle some diced chives on top.
