Air Fryer Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients:

1 head of green cabbage, cut into wedges

2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast (optional for topping)

Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or dill) for garnish

Instructions:

Prep the Air Fryer

Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

Season the Cabbage

Brush or drizzle each wedge with olive oil or butter.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

Air Fry the Wedges

Place cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket cut-side down in a single layer.

Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

They should be golden and crispy on the edges, tender inside.

Add Finishing Touches

Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast and air fry for 1–2 more minutes until melted/toasted.

Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
