Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Air Fry the Cauliflower: Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Serve: Once the cauliflower bites are done, transfer them to a serving plate.
Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the roasted cauliflower bites and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
