Air Fryer Roasted Pepitas

Description

Air Fryer Roasted Pepitas are crispy, seasoned perfectly, and make an amazing snack any time of day. This toasted pepitas recipe is fast and easy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup pepitaspumpkin seeds
  2. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 250˚F (180˚C). Line with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, toss pepitas with olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread pepitas in a single layer in the foil-lined basket of your air fryer (if they don’t all fit in one layer, cook them in batches).
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until deep golden in color, shaking every few minutes to ensure even cooking.
  5. Store in an air-tight container in the pantry.
