Air Fryer Sausage and Egg Bite Cups (Keto and Low-Carb)

Description

Air Fryer Sausage and Egg Bite Cups (Keto and Low-Carb) move over Starbucks. These are the perfect low-carb and KETO-friendly breakfast. This is my take on the famous Starbucks sous vide egg bites. Made in the air fryer in less than 10 minutes!!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bell peppersdiced
  • 1/4 cup white onionsdiced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheeseshredded
  • 1/4 cup ground sausagecooked
  • Instructions

    1. In a small mixing bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper, and add in the onions, bell peppers, ground sausages, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
    2. Spray your muffin cups or silicone molds with non-stick cooking spray, and then pour the egg mixture in, filling about 2/3 way full. Set them into the air fryer for 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 6-9 minutes.
