Description
Air Fryer Sausage and Vegetables — There is nothing better for a quick dinner, than tossing all of your ingredient into an air fryer, and having dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 sausages , Italian, chicken, or any preferred type
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 15 ounces green beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh green beans: Trim the ends off the green beans, otherwise drain the canned green beans. Slice the sausage into rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings (such as garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are starting to brown and become crisp on the outside.
- After the potatoes have cooked for about 5 minutes, add the sausage slices and green beans to the air fryer basket. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally, until the sausage is heated through, the green beans are tender-crisp, and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Once everything is cooked through and tender, remove the air fryer basket from the machine. Transfer the sausage, potatoes, and green beans to a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
