Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein, leaving tails on if desired.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the shrimp skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook the shrimp skewers in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Ensure the shrimp are fully cooked with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish the shrimp skewers with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
