Air Fryer Soft Boiled Eggs
The ideal soft-boiled eggs are not boiled at all. They’re air-fried!

Ingredients
- 2 big eggs, room temperature.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper to taste.
- 2 pieces toasted bread
Instructions
- Gently lay room-temperature eggs in an air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for eight minutes.
Start the air fryer.
- Once cooked, use tongs to transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water for 1-2 minutes.
- Dry the eggs with a paper towel and set the soft-cooked eggs in egg cups.
- Gently remove the eggshell “lid” (using your favorite method) and season the egg with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip the toast in the egg, if preferred, and enjoy!

- 1 serving equals 2 eggs.
