Air Fryer STUFFED MUSHROOMS

This recipe was that meal for me. I loved the seasonings, I loved the filling, I loved how quick it was to make, and I loved how easy it was to prepare for such a delicious meal!

    • 1/4 cup butter melted
    • 16 ounces of mushrooms washed and stems removed
    • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
    • 1/4 cup crab meat
    • 3 medium cooked shrimp chopped
    • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
    • Parsley for garnishInstructions
      1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
      2. In a small bowl, combine the mushrooms and the melted butter, tossing the mushrooms with a spoon until they are all coated. Place the mushrooms, evenly spaced, in the air fryer tray, and cook at 380 degrees for 5 minutes.
      3. While the mushrooms are cooking, using a fork, or mixer, mix the cream cheese with the remaining ingredients until it is well combined.
      4. Once the mushrooms have finished cooking, drop a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom. Cook the stuffed mushrooms for an additional 5 minutes at 380 degrees.
      5. Garnish with parsley.
