4 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Instructions
Prep the Mushrooms
Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Make the Filling
In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, parsley, Italian seasoning, and sautéed garlic. Stir until combined.
Stuff & Air Fry the Mushrooms
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Spoon the filling evenly into each mushroom cap.
Place mushrooms in the air fryer in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
