Instructions

 Prep the Mushrooms

Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.

Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

 Make the Filling

In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

 Stuff & Air Fry the Mushrooms
