½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Minced Meat Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb (225g) ground beef or turkey
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ cup chopped spinach (optional)
¼ cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
For Brushing:
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk (for an egg wash)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sweet Potato Dough
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil or steam until soft, about 10-12 minutes.
Drain and mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Make the Minced Meat Filling
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until soft (about 2 minutes), then add the garlic.

Assemble the Rocambole

Air Fry the Rocambole
