Air Fryer Swim Biscuits

Do you love swimming as much as you love biscuits? If so, this recipe is definitely for you! These Air Fryer Swim Biscuits are delicious, fluffy and perfect for a summer picnic or party. Plus, they’re really easy to make – just mix the ingredients together and air fry for 10 minutes. You’ll be spoiled for choice with these tasty treats!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 stick buttermelted

Optional: After air frying, I brushed on some additional melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt, then add the buttermilk.
  2. Mix until a wet dough forms.
  3. Pour the melted butter into a pan, and then spoon the batter on top of the melted butter.
  4. Air fry at 320 degrees F for 12-16 minutes.
  5. Brush with some melted butter.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
