Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
3 cups frozen tater tots
4 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled – pork or turkey)
¼ cup diced onions (optional)
¼ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Cooking spray or oil
Equipment:
Air fryer (basket or oven style)
7-inch round or square baking dish (oven-safe and air fryer-safe)

Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
Mix Egg Filling
In a bowl, whisk together:
4 eggs
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper
Stir in sausage, onion, bell pepper, and half of the cheese.
Layer Casserole
Lightly spray your dish with cooking spray.
Add a layer of tater tots to cover the bottom.

Air Fry
