Air fryer vanilla cake

Ingredients

  1. 240 grams of all-purpose flour (1 3/4 cups)
  2. EGGS: 3.
  3. 80 g of melted butter (5 tbsp)
  4. 60 milliliters (1/4 cup) of whole milk
  5. 150 g (3/4 cup) of sugar
  6. Powder for baking: 10 g (3/4 tbsp)
  7. 15 ml of vanilla extract (1 tbsp)
  8. A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • In a deeper bowl, sift the flour, then toss in the baking powder.
  • Whisk together eggs and sugar in a separate basin.
  • Mix the flour mixture into the eggs gradually. After adding milk and mixing further, add 1g of salt and vanilla flavor. Stir in the cooled, melted butter one last time.
  • Line a 15 cm/6-inch mold with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
  • After wrapping the base in aluminum foil, place it into the air fryer.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C in an air fryer.
  • Take off the aluminum foil.
  • After taking the cake out of the pan, allow it to cool.
