Air Fryer Vegetable Omelet

Description

Air Fryer Vegetable Omelet is such an easy and fun breakfast. My kids loved it, and I love that it was done in minutes, loaded with fresh vegetables and smothered with cheese. I am sure that that will become one of your family’s favorite air fryer breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy creamor milk alternative
  • 1/2 teaspon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red, green, or yellow bell peppersdiced
  • 2 tablespoons red onionsdiced
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheeseshredded

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add in your diced vegetables and 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese, mix well.
  3. Spray your ramekin or casserole dish with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
  5. Set the dish into the air fryer basket, and set the time for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting. In the last couple of minutes, spread the rest of the cheese on top.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
