Description
Air Fryer Vegetable Omelet is such an easy and fun breakfast. My kids loved it, and I love that it was done in minutes, loaded with fresh vegetables and smothered with cheese. I am sure that that will become one of your family’s favorite air fryer breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream, or milk alternative
- 1/2 teaspon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red, green, or yellow bell peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Add in your diced vegetables and 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese, mix well.
- Spray your ramekin or casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
- Set the dish into the air fryer basket, and set the time for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting. In the last couple of minutes, spread the rest of the cheese on top.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
