Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers, Found in the produce dept
- 3 ounces jalapenos, diced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup Mexican cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the diced jalapenos, sliced scallions, Mexican cheese, and room temperature cream cheese. Mix well.
- Spray your muffin tin, and then place the wonton wrappers into the cavities. Set the pan into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Spoon the filling into the wonton wrapper, which should be golden brown. Then set back into the air fryer for 5-6 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, remove when the cheese is melted.
