Air Fryer Zucchini Fritters
Recipe By Hayat
Ingredients
To make Air Fryer Zucchini Fritters, gather the following ingredients:
- Zucchini: 2 medium-sized, grated.
- Salt: 1 teaspoon, for extracting moisture from zucchini.
- Eggs: 2, large.
- All-purpose flour: ½ cup.
- Parmesan cheese: ¼ cup, grated for flavor.
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon.
- Onion powder: 1 teaspoon.
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon, to taste.
- Olive oil: For drizzling
Detailed Instructions
- Get the zucchini ready: Put the grated zucchini in a basin. To extract moisture, sprinkle with salt and let for ten minutes. A fresh kitchen towel may be used to drain the extra liquid.
- Mix the Ingredients: Put the drained zucchini, eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powders, and black pepper in a big basin. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) before beginning to air fry the fritters. Form a part of the mixture into a fritter by scooping it out. Make sure to leave room between the fritters while placing it in the air fryer basket. Apply a little mist or sprinkle of olive oil.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes in an air fryer, turning halfway through. The fritters need to be crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Take out of the air fryer, and if you’d like, serve hot with dipping sauce.
