  1. 25 ounces of leftover shredded chicken or canned chicken that has been drained
  2. Dijon mustard One spoonful of
  3. big egg One
  4. dried thyme  One-third teaspoon
  5. breadcrumbs Half a cup
  6. onion powder Half a teaspoon
  7. powdered garlic Half a teaspoon
  8. Black pepper and salt To taste
  9. Oil (olive or vegetable) for frying Sufficient to cover the skillet’s bottom

  • To begin, combine the chicken mixture. Combine the shredded chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, thyme, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a big bowl.
    Make the fritters. Create little patties out of the chicken mixture.
  • Warm up the oil. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
    Make the fritters. The fritters should be crispy and golden brown after 3–4 minutes on each side.
    Serve and savor. Serve your preferred dipping sauce beside the fritters.
