INGREDIENTS
- 2 banana 1 frozen, 1 fresh
- 1/2 cup almond milk or water
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon ground
- 24 almonds soaked
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak almond overnight. In the morning, in a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add you favorite toppings and enjoy promptly.
- Rinse blender with water. Then add about 1-2 inches of water back into blender with very little dish soap, blend on high for easy cleaning.
