Ingredients:

Salad:

3-4 boiled potatoes, grated

1 head pickled onion, chopped and marinated

1 large chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped

6 boiled eggs, grated (separately grate whites and yolks)

2-3 medium-sized pickles, finely chopped

170-200 g grated cheese (about 6-7 ounces)

2 teaspoons French mustard (regular can also be used)

Approximately 200 g mayonnaise (about 7 ounces)

Black sesame for decoration

For Pickled Onions:

1 head onion

3-4 tablespoons vinegar

1-2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

150 ml boiling water (about 2/3 cup)

Instructions:

Pickle the Onions:

Slice the onion thinly and place in a bowl.

Add the vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Pour the boiling water over the onions, mix well, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

After marinating, drain the onions and set aside.

Prepare the Ingredients:

Boil the potatoes until tender, let them cool, then grate them.

Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and grate them separately.

Cook the chicken breast, let it cool, and finely chop it.

Finely chop the pickles.

Grate the cheese.
