Angel Beef Casserole
Components:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- One sliced onion
- One 15-ounce can of tomato sauce
- One 15-ounce can of drained mixed vegetables (or fresh vegetables)
- One teaspoon of powdered garlic
- One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Two cups of cooked egg noodles
- One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- One cup of sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Beef: Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is thoroughly done. Remove extra fat.
- Add the tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to combine the ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated, a few minutes.
- Mix with Noodles: Put the cooked egg noodles, sour cream, and beef mixture in a big bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Bake: Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been oiled. On top, scatter the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the cheese is brown and bubbling.
- Serve: Before serving, let it to cool slightly. Have fun!
