Angel Beef Casserole

Components:

  1. 1 pound of ground beef
  2. One sliced onion
  3. One 15-ounce can of tomato sauce
  4. One 15-ounce can of drained mixed vegetables (or fresh vegetables)
  5. One teaspoon of powdered garlic
  6. One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  7. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  8. Two cups of cooked egg noodles
  9. One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  10. One cup of sour cream

Directions:

  • Preheat Oven: Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook Beef: Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is thoroughly done. Remove extra fat.
  • Add the tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to combine the ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated, a few minutes.
  • Mix with Noodles: Put the cooked egg noodles, sour cream, and beef mixture in a big bowl. Stir thoroughly.
  • Bake: Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been oiled. On top, scatter the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cook: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the cheese is brown and bubbling.
  • Serve: Before serving, let it to cool slightly. Have fun!
