Apple and Raisin Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 370 grams flour
- 20 grams baking powder
- 1 apple (peeled and sliced)

Instructions
Prepare the Batter
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Mix Eggs and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs with 150 grams of sugar until well combined.
- Add Milk: Add 200 ml of milk and mix well.
Add Dry Ingredients
- Combine Flour and Baking Powder: Gradually add 370 grams of flour and 20 grams of baking powder to the mixture, stirring continuously.
- Add Lemon Juice: Add the juice of 1 lemon and mix until the batter is smooth.
Prepare the Apple and Raisins
- Peel and Slice Apple: Peel and slice 1 apple.
- Grease the Cake Mold: Grease the cake mold with butter.
- Arrange Apple Slices: Place the apple slices on the bottom of the cake mold.
- Pour Batter: Pour the batter over the apple slices.
- Add Raisins: Sprinkle 50 grams of raisins on top of the batter.
Bake the Cake
- Bake: Place the cake mold in the preheated oven. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
