Apple Fritter Bites

Components:

  1. All-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups) for the Fritter Bites
  2. 1/4 cup of sugar, granulated
  3. One teaspoon of baking powder
  4. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  5. One-fourth teaspoon of nutmeg
  6. One-third cup milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. One huge egg
  8. One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  9. One tablespoon of melted butter
  10. One cup of finely chopped apples (approximately one medium apple, peeled and cored)
  11. Oil made from vegetables for frying

Regarding the Glaze:
One cup of powdered sugar
Two to three teaspoons of milk
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Whisk the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate basin.
  • Mix just until mixed after adding the wet components gradually to the dry ingredients.
  • Add the diced apples and fold.
  • In a big skillet or saucepan, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Drop dollops of batter into the hot oil using a spoon or tiny cookie scoop, and fry in batches.
  • Cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove, then drain on paper towels.

Regarding the Glaze:
9. Whisk the milk, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
10. Dip the warm fritter bites completely or drizzle them with the glaze.
11. Serve right away.
