Apple pie that melts in your mouth!
There have been many requests for the recipe, so here it is! It’s really simple to make this apple pie, and it tastes great.
Things used:
One apple cut into cubes and the other into thin slices
One tablespoon of sugar
2 eggs
A little salt
8g (1 tsp) Sugar and vanilla
120g, which is about a cup sugar 100 ml (half a cup) 130ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil milk that is warm
280g 16g (2 tsp) flour baking soda
50g of raisins
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of milk
Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
What to do:
- Warm the oven up to 350°F (180°C).
- Take a pinch of salt and 120g of sugar, and mix the eggs with them until fluffy.
- Mix the oil and warm milk well.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix them in slowly until the batter is smooth.
- Add the apple cubes and raisins and mix them in.
- Put the batter into a baking dish that has been greased.
- Could you arrange the apple slices in a pretty way on top?
- Use an egg yolk and two tablespoons of milk mixture to brush on the outside.
- It should be baked for forty to fifty minutes or until golden brown.
- You can put powdered sugar on top if you want to.
