Baby back ribs in an air fryer

Baby back ribs in an air fryer

Components:

  1. You can give your group members this recipe:
  2. One rack of baby back ribs, weighing between 2.5 and 3 pounds
  3. 1/4 cup of your preferred seasoning or barbecue rub
  4. One cup of barbecue sauce of your choice
  5. Use olive oil to brush.

Directions:

Get the ribs ready:

  • From the rear of the ribs, remove the membrane. This is accomplished by carefully pulling off the membrane at one end of the rack using a butter knife or your fingertips. For delicate ribs, this step is crucial.
  • If desired, trim the ribs of any extra fat.

Add seasoning to the ribs:

  • Apply your preferred barbecue rub or seasoning all over the ribs. Use a lot of seasoning since it will give the ribs more taste.

Warm up the air fryer.

  • For around five minutes, preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

Air-Fry the Ribs:

  • To keep the air fryer basket from sticking, lightly coat it with olive oil.
  • Bone side down, put the seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket.
  • For 25 to 30 minutes, cook the ribs at 300°F (150°C).

Put the barbecue sauce on it.

  • Carefully take the ribs out of the air fryer after the first cooking period.
  • Drizzle the ribs on both sides with a large amount of your preferred barbecue sauce.

Going back to the air fryer:

  • Return the sauced ribs to the basket of the air fryer.
  • The temperature should be raised to 375°F (190°C).

Complete Cooking:

  • For a further 10 to 15 minutes, or when the ribs are caramelized and the sauce is sticky, air fried the ribs at 375°F (190°C).

Take a Break and Serve:

  • After the ribs are cooked, take them out of the air fryer and give them some time to rest.
  • To separate the bones, cut the ribs between them.
