Baked Beef Casserole with Cheesiness

Ingredients

Regarding the casserole:

  1. One pound of ground beef
  2. One little onion, diced
  3. Two minced garlic cloves
  4. Two cups of raw pasta (penne or elbow macaroni are good options)
  5. One fifteen-ounce can of chopped tomatoes (with juice)
  6. One 15-ounce can of tomato sauce
  7. One teaspoon of dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  8. One teaspoon of salt
  9. Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  10. One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  11. One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded

Regarding the Creamy Sauce:

  • One cup of sour cream
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Half a teaspoon of optional paprika

Directions

Warm up the oven:
