Baklava with walnut
Components:
To get the dough ready:
- Six cups (800g) of flour
- Two eggs
- Half a teaspoon, or 2g, of salt
- Four teaspoons (30 milliliters) of oil
- Two tablespoons (15 ml) of vinegar
- One cup (250 ml) of water
- For a beverage:
- 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of water
- One 12-cup (300g) of sugar
- Half a cup (50 ml) lemon juice

- Three hundred grams of walnuts
- Two cups (500g) of butter

- To begin, fill a mixing bowl with the flour, eggs, salt, oil, vinegar, and water. After kneading the dough, let it sit for fifteen minutes.
- 12 portions of dough were divided. Give it fifteen minutes to stand.
- using a rolling pin to roll out dough. The dough is layered in a frying pan that has been greased.
- Spread melted butter over each layer. Once half of the layers are in place, scatter the walnuts on top. Continue layering to the very end, and then cut the cake into cubes. Bake for 60 minutes at 360°F/180°C.
- Make a syrup with lemon juice and sugar water. After pouring over the cake, serve.
