Ingredients

  • One-third cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup of Frank’s sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sriracha (the amount varies based on your preferred level of spiciness)
  • One pound of salmon, sliced into two or four fillets
  • Kosher salt
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and mayo. In a another bowl, place 3/4 of the sauce for dipping. The salmon should be brushed with the majority of the leftover sauce, saving some for midway through cooking.
  • Put the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, after seasoning them with kosher salt.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. Halfway through, brush with additional bang bang sauce.
  • Note: Bake this for 9 to 11 minutes on a baking sheet at 400 degrees.
  • Serve with the bang bang sauce for dipping, and garnish with parsley if you like.
