Bang Bang Salmon in an Air Fryer
Bang Bang Air Fryer The air fryer cooks the salmon to perfection, and the three-ingredient bang bang sauce adds even more delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- One-third cup of mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup of Frank’s sweet chili sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sriracha (the amount varies based on your preferred level of spiciness)
- One pound of salmon, sliced into two or four fillets
- Kosher salt
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and mayo. In a another bowl, place 3/4 of the sauce for dipping. The salmon should be brushed with the majority of the leftover sauce, saving some for midway through cooking.
- Put the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, after seasoning them with kosher salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. Halfway through, brush with additional bang bang sauce.
- Note: Bake this for 9 to 11 minutes on a baking sheet at 400 degrees.
- Serve with the bang bang sauce for dipping, and garnish with parsley if you like.
