Beef and Broccoli Noodle Stir-Fry

Indulge in a savory and satisfying Beef and Broccoli Noodle Stir-Fry, packed with tender beef, crisp broccoli, and springy noodles, all stir-fried in a flavorful sauce. This classic Asian-inspired dish is a staple for a reason – it’s quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients 
  1. 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  2. 10 oz stir-fry noodles (udon or lo mein)
  3. 2 cups broccoli florets
  4. 1 medium carrot, julienned
  5. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  8. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  9. 1 tsp cornstarch
  10. 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  11. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  12. 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  13. 1/4 cup water
Directions 
Prep the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, olive oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Cook the Noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Beef: Heat 1 tbsp Avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
 Stir-Fry Veggies: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, broccoli, and carrots for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine: Add the cooked noodles, beef, and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through and evenly coated in sauce.
 Serve: Plate up and enjoy with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or green onions, if desired!
