Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Bowl recipe

Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Bowl recipe

This soothing beef and broccoli bowl is a one-pan marvel that feels like a warm hug after a hard evening. I love making it after a long day since it is a dish that comes together in a single pan.

Parts and pieces:

  1. – One pound of beef sirloin, sliced very thinly
  2. 2 cups of broccoli florets 1 cup of jasmine rice that has been cooked 1 cup of mushrooms that have been sliced
  3. minced garlic cloves, two in total
  4. Soy sauce, two tablespoons’ worth
  5. This is one tablespoon of oyster sauce.
  6. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (this is optional, but it will help thicken the mixture)
  7. 1/4 cup of cashews (to be used as a garnish)

Details to follow:

  • 1. To prepare the meat, marinate the beef slices for ten minutes in a mixture of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  • Prepare the vegetables by cooking them as follows: – In a hot skillet or wok, sauté the broccoli and mushrooms in sesame oil until they are crisp-tender. Take out and put to the side.
  • 3. Prepare the beef by placing the beef and garlic in the same pan at the same time. Stir-fry the beef until it appears browned and is cooked all the way through.
  • 4. Mix everything together and finish it off: – Put the mushrooms and broccoli back into the pan. Combine all of the ingredients, and if you want the sauce to be more thick, add cornstarch that has been blended with water.
  • To assemble the bowl, first layer cooked jasmine rice in a bowl, then add the stir-fry mixture on top of the rice, and last sprinkle cashews on top of the rice.
