Ingredients:
  1. 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into cubes
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  7. 3 medium carrots, sliced
  8. 2 medium potatoes, diced
  9. 2 celery stalks, sliced

  13. 1 tsp dried thyme
  14. 1 tsp dried basil
