BEST AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, with or without skin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or spray
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- To begin, massage the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, ground cumin, and smoky paprika using your hands.
- Apply a liberal amount of olive oil on the chicken or massage it in with two tablespoons (I used the spray).
- Either put the chicken thighs on the air fryer tray or in the basket.
- For seven minutes, place the tray in the air fryer oven and set the temperature to 370 degrees. Cook for a further seven minutes after flipping the chicken.
- Plate, serve, and savor the chicken once it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
