When you think of cooking steak, the only thing that comes to mind is a grill. But what if I told you there was a new way? Air fryer steak bites are an easy and delicious way to have your favorite cut of meat with minimal effort. So grab your air fryer and start cooking!

I love a great steak bite made in the air fryer. They were perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Every steak bite was juicy, tender, and delicious. Today, my easy recipe for Air Fryer Steak Bites.

If you are looking for a quick weekday meal, this is one of my favorites. From start to finish, it will take you less than 15 minutes.

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 8 minutes

Total Time 13 minutes

Ingredients

2 top boneless sirloin (about 2 lbs)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt flakes

1 tsp coarse black pepper

½ tsp dried thyme

4 cloves black garlic

8 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes.

Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and discard any fat. Add to a mixing bowl with olive oil, sea salt flakes, black pepper, dried thyme, and half of the minced black garlic (2 cloves). Toss to coat.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the basket—Cook for 8 minutes. Stop halfway through cooking time and shake the basket to turn the steak bites over.

Meanwhile, melt the butter. Add remaining minced garlic, garlic salt, and parsley to the butter. Stir to combine

Remove steak bites from the air fryer and toss in the melted butter.

Serve immediately.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Cooking Tips:

 

Preheat the Air Fryer:

This ensures a good sear and prevents sticking. Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for best results.

Don’t Overcrowd:

Arrange the steak bites in a single layer with some space in between to allow proper air circulation. Cook in batches if needed.

Shake or Flip Halfway:

Stir or flip the bites halfway through cooking for even browning.
