Biscoff Smoothie (High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp biscoff spread
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used vegan)
  • 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients and measure them as listed in the ingredient list.
  2. Add all the ingredients starting with the oat milk and frozen mango to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve with whipped cream if you like and drink!
