Bites of Churro Stuffed Cheesecake

Ingredients

for the filling of the cheesecake:

  1. 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  2. Half a cup of sugar
  3. One teaspoon of vanilla cream
  4. One egg

For the coating of the churro:

  1. One cup of sugar
  2. Two teaspoons of cinnamon
  3. Half a cup of melted unsalted butter

For the Bits:

  1. One bag of crescent roll or premade pastry dough

Directions

  • Preheat Oven: Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).

Get the cheesecake filling ready.

  • Combine the egg, sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth and creamy. Put aside.
