Bites of Garlic Butter Steak in an Air Fryer
Components:
- One pound of bite-sized chunks of sirloin steak, or your preferred cut
- Two teaspoons of olive oil
- Four minced garlic cloves
- One teaspoon of optional smoked paprika
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Two tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Get the steak ready:
- Put the steak cubes, olive oil, smoked paprika, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. The meat should be thoroughly covered after tossing.
Warm up the air fryer.
- For around five minutes, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Bites of steak air-fried:
- In the air fryer basket, arrange the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer. You might have to cook in batches, depending on how big your air fryer is.
- Cook until the steak bits are cooked to your preferred doneness, which is about 135°F or 57°C, about 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Put in some garlic butter:
- Combine the melted butter and extra minced garlic (if using) in a small bowl. When the steak bits are cooked, cover them with the garlic butter and toss to coat.
Serve:
- After transferring the steak chunks to a platter, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top and dig in!
Advice:
- Before cooking, marinate the steak for a few hours in your preferred marinade to enhance its flavor.
- Serve with your preferred dipping sauce or with toothpicks for convenient nibbling.
