Bits of meat cooked in the air fryer
Components:
- 500g of cubed beef (you can choose between tenderloin, sirloin, or any other type of meat).
- Two teaspoons of olive oil
- One teaspoon of powdered garlic
- One teaspoon of powdered onion
- One teaspoon of paprika
- Half a teaspoon of optional cumin
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
Directions:
- 1. Get the meat ready by putting the beef cubes in a big basin. Add salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. To ensure that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the cubes, thoroughly mix.
- 2. Set the Air fryer’s temperature to 200°C (392°F) for three to five minutes.
- 3. Cook the meat: To ensure equal cooking, arrange the meat cubes in the Air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F), stirring halfway through to ensure they are browned on both sides.
- 4. Check for doneness: Modify the Air fryer’s cooking time to your preferred level of doneness if you like your meat more or less cooked.
- 5. Serve: Take the meat chunks out of the air fryer, add some freshly chopped parsley on top if you’d like, and serve hot. Guacamole, chimichurri, or any other sauce of your choosing can be served with them.
