Blueberry And Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS
