Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped (about 200g)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Directions
Get the shrimp ready: Use a paper towel to pat the shrimp dry, then sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper.
