 Prep Time: 20-25 minutes

 Cook Time: 30-35 minutes

 Total Time: 50-60 minutes

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Details to follow:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

For each chicken breast, make a pocket by carefully cutting a pocket into the side of the breast using a sharp knife. Do not cut all the way through the breast.

Put the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic into a bowl and mix them together.

After thoroughly combining, mix.

The broccoli and cheese mixture should be inserted into the pocket of each chicken breast, and if necessary, toothpicks should be used to secure the borders of the pocket.

To season the exterior of each chicken breast that has been filled, sprinkle paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper on it.

Olive oil should be heated in a skillet that can go in the oven over medium heat.

For two to three minutes on each side, sear the chicken breasts that have been packed until they are golden brown.

Position the skillet inside the oven that has been prepared and bake for twenty-five to twenty-five minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of seventy-five degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit).

Take out the toothpicks before serving, and if you like, top the dish with some fragrant fresh parsley.

Combining this dish with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted veggies will result in a dinner that is complete.

Tips and Tricks

 Butterfly the Chicken:

Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise to ensure even cooking.

 Don’t Overstuff:

Leave a small border around the edges to prevent filling from escaping during cooking.

 Use Fresh Broccoli:

Frozen broccoli can be too soggy; fresh broccoli provides the best texture.

 Mix and Match Cheeses:

Combine cheddar, feta, and parmesan for a rich, creamy flavor.
