Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the middle of the shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin.

Gently pry the shell open and pull the lobster meat upward, resting it on top of the shell (but keep it attached at the base).

 Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

 Coat the Lobster Tails:

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the meat, ensuring it’s well-coated. Reserve some for basting.

 Broil the Lobster:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over. Enjoy this luxurious treat!

Tips and Tricks

1. Choose fresh lobster tails: Freshness is key when it comes to lobster. Look for tails with a good color and a pleasant smell.
2. Don’t overcook the lobster: Cook the lobster until it’s opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Overcooking can make it tough and rubbery.
3. Use high-quality garlic butter: Homemade garlic butter is always best, but if you’re short on time, use a high-quality store-bought version.
4. Don’t skip the lemon: A squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds brightness and balance to the dish.
5. Serve immediately: Serve the lobster tails immediately after broiling, while they’re still warm and the garlic butter is melted.
