Brownie Mix Cookies – The Easiest, Fudgiest Cookies Ever
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for extra richness)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Optional mix-ins:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chopped nuts, crushed pretzels, or M&Ms
Air Fryer Instructions:
Make the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour.
Stir until a thick dough forms. Fold in any extra chocolate chips or goodies you like.
Shape the Cookies:
Scoop 1.5–2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough.
Slightly flatten each ball (they won’t spread much in the air fryer).
Prep the Air Fryer:
Line the basket with parchment paper with holes poked in it (for airflow).
Place cookies in a single layer, leaving a little space between each.
Air Fry:
Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 6–8 minutes, depending on thickness.
They’ll be slightly soft in the center — that’s perfect!
Let them sit in the basket for 5 minutes to firm up before removing.
Tips:
Don’t overcrowd the basket — work in batches.
For extra gooey centers, underbake slightly and let rest.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt right after air frying for that chef’s kiss finish.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days (if they last that long
