3 large eggs

¼ cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:

In a skillet over medium heat, oil and add shredded chicken.

Pour in buffalo sauce, stir, and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Set aside.

Scramble the Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Wraps:

Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds.

Sprinkle cheese on the tortilla, then layer with buffalo chicken, scrambled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch/blue cheese dressing.
